Trump implied he would like to apply the death  to opposition research when he is the target. Also, just before they left office, his administration passed a rule allowing firing squads or the gas chamber as means of execution.

Interesting that Fox comes out with this right after Trump's document scandal.

It so sad.  Trumplicans had so much hope pinned to Durham.   They’ve been waiting literally years for him to bring home the receipts.  He hasn’t done so.   Statute of limitations expires.  And the RWNJ echo chamber now wants the media to declare victory for Durham. 

I guess it’s time to get the Cyber Ninjas on the case.

Nope. Joffe was hired thinking he would get the top job in Hillary's cyber security unit after she won the election. She just had to win.
And Durham is saying that Joffe exploited his access to the most secure server in the White House to try to dig up dirt.
It appears as tho Marcie Wheeler and Ben Wittes are ok with that, if Sussmann walks.

I suppose that's all well and good if that's the only charge that Sussmann may see.
Also, the office of the President extends much farther than just the President. It may be that there was EOP access during the Trump transition.
