Because of the em dash? I think Obama can write well enough to craft his own message. LOL

He surely can, but he chose to use AI for some reason. I mean, the writing style itself is clearly AI, but the em dash is a dead giveaway. Kind of surprised that the programmers/AI haven’t figured that out yet and adjusted, but I’m sure AI compositions will be indistinguishable soon enough.

I’m kind of preemptively mourning the loss of actual human composition if you couldn’t tell. Makes me wonder if kids the age of mine are even going to have to think on their own. Even people from older generations like Ray are using it almost as an arbiter of truth already.

Anecdotally I googled something fairly simple the other day like a band discography or something and I got an overview that was wildly wrong in almost every way. Just something to keep in mind.

Better than tweeting from a gold plated toilet, I guess.
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

I suspect he’ll keep doing it as long as people keep rising to the bait over and over and over again. It’s been 10 years and people still act surprised when he openly trolls political and cultural foes on a daily basis. I think one of the first Black Mirror episodes ever released 15+ years ago was kind of foreshadowing of the Trump rise to the presidency.

The AI summary I post presents a cogent consensus view on topics of general interest.

The AI summary I post presents a cogent consensus view on topics of general interest.

So if more people/media write extreme negative articles, then it will make the AI outcome whatever you want it to be. I mean you just kinda said exactly that above.

Cogent- (of an argument or case) clear, logical, and convincing.

Nowhere in that definition does it state, “true, honest, and/or factual.”

Sounds more like persuasion and propaganda. What a Russian, Chinese, or North Korean government would do to their people, not the United States of America…

Noted that Judge Judy objects to presentations that are clear, logical, and persuasive.

I asked what is the 8 fold path. What I got was a very clear, concise presentation of the mainstream consensus understanding. Note that there is still a healthy, collegial debate on some of the finer points.

Sounds like it could be pretty skewed and biased to me then based on what the mainstream media might put out there…

Just because a lot of people write about certain things again, doesn’t mean it’s factual. What’s the saying, “if you tell a lie enough, some people just might believe it.” AI doesn’t have the capability to distinguish a lie. Just the people who create it.

It's not that a lot of people agree. It's about who agrees. Who do you trust, for example on vaccines? The consensus of experts in the field? Or idiots like RFK jr? Lots of idiots writes lots of idiotic stuff about vaccines causing autism. That doesn't make them right.

Trump is mentally ill (but those of us paying attention have known this for a long time).

“Experts” can be bought and paid for just as easily as anyone else. Of what value is a published consensus of compromised professionals? Completely evident as we have seen pharma/govt/tech propaganda steamroll any form of dissent.

Despite the wealth of information available to us these days, the truth remains a very difficult thing to find. Many aren’t even interested in facts, they want to believe what they already believe in at any cost. See Jobu and his fallacies surrounding all things Ag he was objectively wrong about. It is what it is.
