Testimony in criminal cases: Giuffre provided testimony in the criminal cases against Jeffrey Epstein, and her statements helped lead to his arrest and conviction.

She was never asked about Trump under oath.

The prosecuting attorney is on video mentioning Trump's cooperation in the Epstein investigation. Others issued subpoenas were non-cooperative.

Guiffre was asked about Trump under oath.

As for Epstein - he wasn't into like, you know, 8 year olds, but he liked, you know, the very young, teen types, there's a difference between a 15 year old and like a 5 year old.
