Exactly. Then there are the chain of custody issues related to the files. The Biden administration had control of them for four years. Easily explains why Trump and MAGA wanted them released, only to find they’d been tampered with once he reclaimed office.

If there was anything truly damning about Trump in them the democrats wouldn’t have had to cook up all the bogus lawfare to try and imprison him.

The only problem with this spin is that Epstein was indicted, locked up, and killed under Trump, which means the first Trump admin had all the files....

Nonetheless, the files may not be readily available. Or assessments that POTUS and Congress get may differ from the assessment that the 'Intelligence Community' holds tightly.

Or squirreled away. Kash Patel said recently that they had found Russia hoax files. Gabbard said whistleblowers are coming forward.
A request was made yesterday to access files that may be a result of Clinton's email issue.
Whistleblowers may need to come forward to learn of files.

From Catherine Herridge re a letter, dated yesterday, to Kash Patel from HPSCI Chairman Rick Crawford and Chuck Grassley mentioning years of effort to obtain files.
