I’ll tell you what I don’t want done, I don’t want people ripped off the streets in front of their families with no due process. We basically invited these people here for 30 years and now are ripping their parents and grandparents off the streets and sending them to who knows where.
Wanting America to be better is not America-hating, it’s patriotism.

And this is a CHRISTIAN nation, so Jesus does have something to do with it!

Are they not now (stress "now") getting hearings after being detained before being deported? That is the due process they are entitled to, right?

I understand you objecting to people being detained regardless of where they are, but the law allows them to be arrested where they are located. Just like anyone else who violated a law where arrest is allowed.

As for being invited, the laws were on the books. Yes, they were ignored instead of being rewritten. They are not being ignored now. Dems should have done something about that when they had the chance and didn't. People paying the consequences now.

You keep saying this. Basically you have no answer other than stomping your feet. Understandable because there is nothing to be done until the laws change, other than making sure the laws are properly applied, which is not happening anytime soon.

You should have thought about this before supporting Trump via The Twitter and The Score.

The ones who are living here and not causing problems can stay as far as I’m concerned. YMMV

We know why they’re being targeted…

But they don’t have to. It’s only because we have a fascist regime and xenophobia and racism still sell with enough people to make a difference.

I understand and do not disagree. But, the laws that were not being enforced say otherwise.

The law says they are here illegally. The laws, that have been on the books since amending under Reagan, were not being enforced. People voted to have the laws enforced. This is what happens.

Again, like the Dearborn Hamas idiots, kudos to "Latinas for Trump" for not realizing what they were supporting despite what was explicitly being said on the campaign trail. Well done.

This doesn't say much for Democrats if someone gets criticized for not going full tilt cult.

The Dems here are bent out of shape here because they thought a drug raid that took 900 pounds of meth off the streets worth $22-25 million was an ICE raid that was going to take rapists and murderers off the streets.
Yeah they raided Hispanic restaurants for evidence because the cartels were bringing drugs thru the restaurants.
Say 'thank you' to the feds, Gov Walz. Say 'thank you' to the feds, Mayor Frey.
It won't hurt. Much. 😂😂

The full story is they took 900 pounds of cartel meth off the streets.
End of story.

It would be a hell of a lot easier if the white people in Minnesota weren't a bunch of meth addicts. No demand, no supply

wtf does that have to do with what my friend in LA said? It does sound as if the meth raid may have been poorly planned and executed. I have no knowledge though. That said,

LA didn't ask for or need Trump's help.

LA didn't need it because unlike Minnesota, we have competent police officers.

You have finally come around to how this game is being played but persist in playing it.

Let them do their thing kicking out those here illegally and we will see if it crashes the economy.

The problem is that the people they are sending out to "kick out those here illegally" are barely trained cosplaying morons, being led/managed by even more moronic people.

"Hey, I hear a lot of mexicans go stand outside Home Depot looking for jobs! Let's go get them!"
Then half the people they arrest are citizens, another quarter are here legally. The choice of venue at the Depot is meant to cause the most click bait. Note they aren't arresting anyone trying to *hire* an illegal.

I get your theory, but a lot of people who checked all the boxes are getting run over in the process. At some point even though this is chaos, maybe it's better to push back to protect those folks, not let them be collateral damage.

A lot of the people being rounded up haven't violated any laws. They just look mexican. Must be illegal. Go sit in jail a couple of weeks. Maybe we'll find you a public defender. To defend you from "charges".

Does Rodney King agree with this assessment?

If they have their paperwork, then it should not be a problem for them. I am sure there are many enterprising lawyers willing to bring false arrest and other claims on their behalf.
