Eagerly awaiting Custard telling us why this guy was bad news and should have been arrested and the judge probably screwed up and he should have been deported.

The best part of this story is a reference to the underlying criminal complaint. Which was that he broke a law that he didn't break (because he's not only not an illegal immigrant, he's not an immigrant at all) and that has already been put on hold by a federal judge.
