I bought a car a few years back, and the salesman is showing me various features, this is the lane detection, check out the Apple CarPlay, here's this cool way you can just wave your foot under the back hatch and it will open, the lights have auto-dimmers, you can program the car to adjust the seats based on which set of keys is in the car (which does us no good when my wife loses her keys and takes mine...)

Right. Because as a full blown card carrying lefty you fundamentally disagree with the basis of his agenda. It goes against everything you stand for. In addition to that, you don’t like him, or the way he does things. Of course you feel no assurance.

History and evidence are not on your side. We already survived four years of him being president, despite the now proven botched government response to Covid that he openly opposed at the time. (Lockdowns, shutting down the economy and schools as long as we did, etc) which have proven to have had long lasting deleterious effects. The vaccines you all love so much were created and began being dispensed under his watch. The world was at relative peace. The border wasn’t open.

Newsflash: there is no trade war. More TDS red meat. They’re already capitulating. Haven’t heard you complain about all the Canadian tariffs on US goods. Those bastards! Whose side are you on, anyways? Might as well move to Canada, or Europe.

Note that Trump does not at all  like to be the target of a roast.

We've seen this before:  Start with bullshit asks, fold, agreeing on some small issues.  But make it seem like a BIGLY agreement was made or that you are being tough, when you just retracted your BS.

The USMCA, the trade deal negotiated by the first Trump administration, is worthless as are all “agreements” with the United States going forward since our Orange God Emperor reneges on everything all the time with no notice.
