Step 1: Go to one side, and present a deal that gives them what they want
Step 2: Go to the other side, and present a different deal that gives them what they want
Step 3: When each side says "fuck that other deal"

The left says "everyone must drive an EV to save the planet".  You sound like a toddler with a major chip on your shoulder.  At least be honest: you don't want an EV becaue you don't want to be identified as a "treehugger".  That's fine.  But keep in mind that many people buy EVs for other reasons.  Some want to be the first on their block, or they want to be seen driving the latest, coolest technology.

Moreover, the left points to EVs as one tool in the toolbox to reduce carbon pollution.  They also point out that EV technology must be coupled with an ongoing effort to decarbonize the electricity grid.

There are multiple ways for you to reduce your carbon footprint.  I would tell someone interested in doing that to focus first on improving the energy efficiency of their home (insulation, windows, appliances and lighting).  They'll save money in the long run.

On the other hand, if something major needs to be updated like a gas furnace, consider a more efficient model or replace it with a heat pump.  You may even qualify for a rebate from your local utility.

Don't think about an EV or even a electric-gas hybrid unless your car needs to be replaced.  And buy a used one.

your reasonable and very intelligent post does not meet MN's narrative. You must be transgender. Or a traitor

You didn't mention firebombing Tesla dealerships.

Mn, you won't get firebombed at the Rivian dealership.

Weird how The Ukraine drone attacks Moscow and then agrees to a ceasefire. We shall see how that goes down.

So assuming that Russia agrees and then immediately violates the cease fire, or that it doesn't agree, Ukraine still gets US military aide and intelligence sharing, until Trump changes his mind tomorrow or the next day.

If you want to work at Rivian, have no criminal record (lol), have a high school diploma, and can read at a 10th grade level, you are upper management material.

You didn't mention firebombing Tesla dealerships.

Santa Claus, a Tesla dealership firebomber, the Easter Bunny, and Mn walk into a bar.

Which one gets served first?

Mn - because the other three are fictional characters

That would be like me saying all right-wingers supported the J6 Insurrection.  I don't condone arson or vandalism.  I hope these people are arrested and charged.

And how do we know these are NOT right-wingers.  They hate EVs.   See how easy that was Mn.

100% chance WEF/Globalists/Zionists perform a false flag Russian “attack” that breaks the cease fire, forcing the west to take the gloves off, which they really really really want to do. Keep that gravy train rolling!

Where we are is an amalgam of a lot of different ways of doing things. We are still the gold standard, but we lost ground the last 4 years. Again, gotta break some eggs to make omelette, and weaning ourselves off unsustainable spending isn’t going to be painless.

It will be for the 1%, who are about to get a nice tax cut in all likelihood.

Even i can't afford eggs anymore, let alone you, thanks to fucking Trump. I'm not even a billionaire anymore. I'm like a 900 millionaire, which isn't even a thing

I’ll bet your car doors don’t even open up and down.
