You seem to be conflating Christian Nationalism with Christianity and the radical right wing with conservativism.

I know it could be worse. My point was that a huge chunk of swing voters have a mindset of "how bad could it be" - a large enough chunk to swing the election by not turning out. And that is why Biden has to go. That cadre of people will need to see a candidate who is - in their view - demonstrably better than Biden - or they will stay home.

I understand. The Democrats should be able to nominate a candidate that can at least remember names. Even better, articulate the threat posed  by current Republicans.
