While the $83m may be reduced by the judge or on appeal, the fact that no decent lawyers want to represent Trump.at this point is a big issue.

If he did, would you take it as an admission of guilt ?
If you do, would you consider it an admission of guilt to her rape allegation or to what he was judged to be civilly liable for ?

Are you referring to the dress she wore? I have never heard it called a suit or seen it questioned.

The link is a joke. The applicable NY law defined rape as penetration with a penis. She never accused Trump of that.

Can you verify that she had anything to do with the NY law?

As we see with TSJ, the legal definition of rape is much broader than maybe peoples' general understanding.

I would have expected him to testify if he was not guilty, since it was a civil action. Also would have expected him to appeal. It is not like he is not litigious.

I stand corrected on one count. Evidently, the jury was split on rape, but unanimous on digital penetration.

Trump still denies ever meeting her.

Still can't find a good source that says she made NY pass the law or that her dress hadn't been designed.

Uncertainty as to between late 1995 or early 1996 is not a game changer.
