The constituion says whatever 9 assholes on the Supreme Court say it says. If they decide they don't like whatever a few assholes on a lower court said it says. And we have reached a point where those assholes aren't even trying to really "read the consitution and intrepret it to find a ruling". They find the ruling that gives them the outcome they like, and then write a word salad interpretation of the constitution that matches.
It's brutal.
