It’s interesting now that every tribe has their own social media everyone is seeing completely different news. At least before when everyone was on the same social media and they were just censoring anything that wasn’t a Democratic talking point you’d still get a few doses of a different perspective.  Not so much now. Can’t see how this could possibly go wrong when you have two sides 100% in their own echo chamber trying to have any discourse. You see it here every day-Ray, Alum, Murph all responding to fairly mainstream stuff as if it were Alex Jones.

I read some responses to an L A Times article about Trump's water releases at X. Apparently all they read was the headline. Most were defending Trump attacking Dems. It looked coordinated..

A number of media outlets, including Politico, have received funding from USAID. The exact nature is unclear at this point. It could be as simple as sponsored content.

One of the myriad things USAID did before being attacked by Musk was to promote global free press, free speech, etc.

More recently, USAID has also promoted DEI.
