Whatabout Misogyny
« on: May 03, 2022, 12:20:13 PM »
OK, I'll bite.  "Roe", in my opinion, is all about keeping women in "their place".  Maintaining power is the name of the game.  Flames are fanned by religious zealots, politicians, and conservative media who are all in on the grift for power and $$.  If you don't want or want an abortion it should be up to the individual and not the government at any level.  Oh, and it's not the same as the vaccine or not argument.  That's called public health which is not furthered by back-alley abortions.  BTW, my money's on the leaker being a woman.

Former (liberal, it appears), clerk thinks the leak is about right wingers on the court pressuring a right winger to stay on board.  The argument makes sense if what has been said about Kavanaugh (that he has been against taking Rowe head on) is actually true. This draft of the opinion is taking a blow torch to a number of cases dealing with privacy rights. (Depending upon where you live, you may want to stock up on contraceptives and get your blow jobs/anal/gay sex now.)
Mark Carman: "The Whitlock!...Caleb Williams failed Wayne Whitlock." Been told I need to take my dick out my mouth so maybe I "wont [sic] sound like such a fucking faggot all the time[.]"

Oh man.  When my wife gets home from work, I'm gonna tell her that she needs to start giving me blow jobs ASAP, because eventually they will be illegal.  Oh, and I'm also gonna put it in her ass way more often.

Thanks for the heads (pun intended) up!

My guess is Roberts was trying to gather five votes for a less extreme opinion.  The leak makes it harder for any waverer to support a more incremental approach.

I would be looking at Alioto's clerks right now.
