Jones never eclipsed 25 receptions in a college season until the age of 24. Star players usually show their star quality much earlier.

With the obvious added benefit of hindsight, I’d have liked to have seen a couple things shake out differently; but overall like what Poles (almost typed Pace) did. B++

How did Lovie go 4-8 with this roster? 2-7 in the Big 10.  They lost 63-0 at home to Iowa

4 starters on the offensive line were drafted into the NFL.
