Couldn't take it any longer. Switched over to the hockey game on ESPN. Had to turn the sound down due to Sean McDonough. The chick doing the color commentary didn't help. As the AgressiveSon has said when watching games where ladies are providing color commentary, "How do they know what it is like? It is not like an opposing player took a run at them and tried to drive their head through the boards with a check before."

Not re-signing Rodón was probably a huge fuck up. Could have kept him for as little as $20 million with an option year, which is chump change in today’s game. He’s probably the best pitcher in baseball right now. And yes, I realize there was some risk involved. But a 2 year deal is not a huge commitment. The Cubs took a much worse bath on Soriano and Heyward. The Sox are still stuck with Keuchel.
