He is designed to do what Phil Martelli has done at Michigan, serve as an experienced second in command to a coach who actually motivates people and fill in when the alpha gets booted.

Maybe he can join the Memphis staff. Or Snacks finally takes a head gig and Bruce helps him out. God, that could be a TV show.

Wow, I had actually forgotten about Jerrnace Howard.
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

Guy took Kansas State to the Elite 8.  Underwood will never get that far at Illinois

Now at Texas. Only 41 but probably needs to try a head coaching gig soon if he wants that.

Would rather hire The Rev myself, and he'll probably get a head coaching gig first. Dude is ideal for a mid-major religious school to take a chance on.

Just don’t see much a market for Jerrance even with the big push to hire black coaches. Looks like a career assistant to me. Luther Powell Jr looks like a shoo-in, however.

Powell has had a blessed career.  Hooked on with Bryce Drew at Valpo then went to Vanderbilt.  Managed to go from a fired staff at Vandy to the most secure job in the country at Gonzaga.
