There's a mile-wide gap between "lionizing Underwood for merely being competent" and pushing back on idiots saying the guy who turned our program around quickly is 'underachieving' because of one tournament game.
I am sorry, Spark, but the coaching, or lack thereof, in the Loyola game was atrocious and unforgiveable. Let's not forget how long he stuck with that gimmick D before finally realizing it had no place in the B1G.
If he can turn in some consistent tournament teams, I will gladly say I was an idiot. In light of what we have seen, I am waiting for some good tourney results before I jump on board.
