Looks like you are correct. Grandison is a grad student, he'll be 24, so it will be up to him.

He is nice player for us.

We could be alright with a couple pickups.

Are you predicting 2 with eligibility will not be here?

Because the 3 super seniors (Plummer, Frazier, Williams) will be replaced by the 3 freshman.
Then in theory you could bring back the rest of the team that has eligibility.

I think there's 3 guys that just given their ages it'd be odd if they came back:

Grandison- 24 years old
Hutcherson- 24 years old
Kofi - 23 years old

Up until last year that might have been the case but NIL can potentially change everything. If they can earn comparable money and continue to accrue valuable education, why wouldn’t they stay another year? It doesn’t appear that any of them are going to command huge money to play pro ball.

Handling the extra year of eligibility, plus the transfer portal, has got to be difficult for coaching staffs.
My understanding is that beginning next year, programs will revert back to the 13 scholarship limit. Looks like we have 15 roster players, but if Serven is still a walk-on then it's 14 scholarships.
Between outgoing and incoming players, we need to get to 13 scholarships. If 3 are coming in, more than 3 have to leave.

I've got full confidence in BU to manage the changes.  His track record the last couple of years, with all that was thrown his way, has been solid.  Hell, who loses all their assistants and doesn't blink?

Super seniors count next year. We are at 15 or 16 total  right now. 2 or 3 with eligibility will not be back for sure.
