According to MN's theory of due process, we don't need no stinking trial. Just have a judge declare them guilty. That should satisfy due process.

Yep, as long as it was quick!

It's not about democracy.

I really don't care what Brian Krassenstein or his brother think.

That is where the country is. They don't care what you think. There is no more mutual respect, no more dialogue. I think it started with Newt. Trump took it to another level.

There's a good chance that Trump was up most of the night. Nonetheless, the failing NYT called him at 4:30am. Trump picked up the phone after 3 rings.
Some solid work by Krassenstein.

President Trump sounded tired.

It was just after 4:30 a.m. Saturday morning and 10 minutes after he announced on social media that the United States had captured Nicolás Maduro, the leader of Venezuela. I had called the president to try to better understand what happened and what comes next. He picked up after three rings and answered a few questions.

According to MN's theory of due process, we don't need no stinking trial. Just have a judge declare them guilty. That should satisfy due process.
At the end of the Biden administration there were well over a million people with active removal orders that had not been satisfied.
Were these people given their full due process by Immigration Judges ?

If any of these people were deported after Jan 2025 did their Immigration Judge's removal order suddenly become, as you say, a "we don't need no stinking trial. Just have a judge declare them guilty. That should satisfy due process."

Previously, you said an Immigration Judge's removal order was all that was needed to satisfy due process. I would agree provided proper notice and a fair hearing.

And the notice and hearing are the standard.

You appear to be saying the Immigration Judges no longer adhere to the standard.
Have you examined the court documents in the "we don't need no stinking trial. Just have a judge declare them guilty. That should satisfy due process." cases ?
