Private text from a candidate..

Compare to public tweets by Senator Mike Lee.

Disqualifying for a Democrat (as it should be), a feature for MAGA Republicans (as it shouldn't be).

Now release the Epstein files.

Biden had 4 years to release them, don’t remember you whining about it then.

The islands are still here, and Jane is gone. What a plot twist.

That’s deep, Ogre.

He has friends on the list too, I would think.

Good point.  Why didn’t Biden release the files?  We’ve been told he was unable to do his job because of mental decline.  Sounds like a good explanation to me. He messed up.  His AG was a mope.

Now I recognize you wanted to see the Epstein story buried when Trump was elected.  I initially thought the files were just a fixation for far-right influencers and members of the MAGA base.

However, during the presidential campaign, Trump claimed the files were filled with the names of “powerful elites”—and promised he would release them.  He said Epstein was murdered to conceal the names of these people.  After Trump took office, he directed the DOJ to conduct an exhaustive review of the evidence collected on Epstein.  His Attorney General said the Epstein client list was “sitting on my desk right now to review.”

So I’ve changed my mind.  People have a right to know.  Redact the names of the victims and release the files!  Let the chips fall where they may.

I’m all for releasing them and always have been. It’s been so long now at this point that I don’t know if anyone can trust what’s in (or not in) them.

Glad to hear you agree that Biden was doing a shitty job, now we have Trump in there to kick ass and release the files

He just claimed plausible deniability, so if Trump is in there won’t matter here.

Edit: misuse of the term plausible deniability but it’s close enough

She was quite a bit older than I thought. RIP
