I’ve been an Aaron Rodgers apologist for a long time. A “fan” even, even though I root for the Bears (sort of). But this Covid thing has revealed his true character, it’s ugly. Still a great QB, though. But what an assbag.

FTR, Justin Fields is vaccinated and talks to his family.

Kind of surprised State Farm hasn’t dropped him as a pitchman already. What a duplicitous assbag.

No one who has ever heard anything about Aaron Rodgers family life is surprised by this.

It doesn’t matter what Rodgers is doing now.  He played with fire and got burned.

Now he's playing the victim game.

He's a smuck.  All he had to say was "I'm not getting vaccinated."

Once again, the best policy would have been to get out ahead of this, show some humility, and apologize. Instead, he triples down and looks like a fool, a jerk, and a bad teammate. I’d be pretty surprised if State Farm doesn’t pull the plug on Rodgers. I’d have to think the perception of trust and reliability are of utmost importance to an insurance company, and Rodgers clearly does not embody those traits.

The fact that he tried to lie his way around it is way worse than being unvaxxed. He wanted it both ways. At least Cousins and Beasley had the courage of their convictions.

Oh brother

So you think the fact that he misled everyone about his vax status, and was allowed to break protocol is no big deal?
