All I said was Bielema should take this moment to praise his players and show a bit of humility, and more than half the posters here melt down. Sad. No perspective.

Honest question… Do you lack self-awareness?
Because FOX News told me so…

All he needed to do was say something like “Obviously, I said some things earlier this week that I caught some heat for, and I shouldn’t have went there. I can’t praise the character of this team enough.” It would go a long way to smoothing things over in the media and to some fans.

How “controversial” is this take?
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

A simple statement like that would have gone a long way.
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

They just beat the 7th ranked team in the country. Doesn't look like there is anything to smooth over.

Bielema post game presser: If it will shut Tempo, NotTempo, Wayne and the Twitter person looking for bait clicks up,

I apologize. To everyone else, enjoy the win. These guys were great today. They play hard, they play for each other and have fun doing it. All that I asked them to do is be the best you can be. Play 4 quarters. OL Alex Pihlstrom is my guy. Came here as a walk-on and is the 1st guy in the room for 7am weekday meetings, and meetings usually start with the offensive linemen.

Wait, are you saying this is what he said?

Whether the lump heads want to see the other point of view or not, Bielema’s comments upset a lot of fans and even some former players. A coach should never have to address the team the next day to smooth things over about what he said to the press about them. Also, negative recruiting is a thing, and we don’t need to give our competitors extra ammo.

Sorry you guys are incapable of seeing the big picture. As I said, this team apparently has more character than Bret Bielema does class, and that’s a good thing. Enjoy the win, go collect rocks for the next hunt.

I have no clue what your point is.

One of the players saw stuff on Twitter and saw your post. What do you think Palczewski was talking about when he was talking about outside stuff ?

Just make sure you have enough rocks for the next hunt.
