Meaning we absolutely dominated an Elite 8 team at their place without him. It shows the team was still very good in his absence.

Since then we have added three experienced transfer players to the roster that fill positions/bring skill sets of dire need. There are reasonable expectations for another position guy we really need (Hawkins) to take a nice sophomore jump.

We could be better. Wouldn’t be shocked if we aren’t, though.
