Sure, but I’d argue that being dismissive of sexual abuse allegations is quite a bit worse than engaging in now unacceptable sophomoric humor. YMMV

How was he dismissive? According to the report,  which was not subject to cross-examination, McDonough, the President, said he would take care of it.  McDonough didn't report it to HR until 5 days after the Stanley Cup clincher.

Bernstein is an opportunistic hypocrite. He's as big a scumbag as McDonough.
