Will they claim a natty like UCF did?

Why not?

Perhaps the Billingsley Report will be kind enough to bestow the honors.

Vegas, like me, doesn’t think a whole lot of Sparty. But it’ll likely cement tOSU into the playoff where they’ll be dismembered by Georgia or Bama.

This isn't 2020, when Alabama had a historically great team and beat a Covid-depleted Ohio State team in the CFP Championship. Bama played 11 games before the CFP, while Ohio State only played 6 before the CFP. Huge advantage for Alabama, especially on the OL, a group that needs lots of game reps before they really hit their stride. QB Justin Fields was injured (habitual targeting specialist Skalski cheap shot to the ribs in CFP Semifinal) and the Buckeyes lost their starting RB to injury on the 1st play after the opening kickoff in the CFP Championship. That being said, 2020 Alabama was clearly the better team that day.

2021 Alabama isn't that good compared with other recent (non-2020) editions. The Tide barely beat Florida and LSU, both of which are train wrecks and have fired their head coach. Last week, the Tide survived Arkansas. Earlier in the season, Bama lost at TAMU, which has 3 losses. I would love for Ohio State to play Alabama (or Georgia) this season. IMO, the Buckeyes would beat Alabama by 10+ if both teams are healthy and the game is fairly officiated. Georgia's defense is special but it hasn't faced an offense with the skill players Ohio State can put on the field. The issues with Ohio State the past few seasons have been on defense.

Franklin gets 10 years.

That's surprising considering how my PSU buddies say he pisses off the boosters.

I take back what I said about OSU. They’re growing on me after not impressing early. And Alabama has done the opposite.

It seems like tOSU is getting better, but they have had the luxury of playing B1G teams. I've seen this movie a ton of times before.

Yup, so have I...in 2014. New starting QB (J.T. Barrett after Braxton Miller was injured just prior to start of season). Won crossover game at Minnesota. Lost the 2nd game at home (Virginia Tech). Started to play better as the season progressed. Beat #7 MSU in November.

This season, new starting QB (C.J. Stroud, replacing departed Justin Fields). Lost 2nd game at home (then #17 Oregon). Started to play better as the season progressed. Won crossover game at Minnesota. Beat #7 MSU on Saturday (11/20).

If the Buckeyes beat Michigan this Saturday, they'll likely play Wisconsin in the 2021 Big Ten Championship Game. In 2014, they beat the Badgers in that game 59-0. I think Ohio State has a better offense this season than in 2014, but the defense was better on that team.

Beat Michigan!!

Michigan sucks even more than Michigan State. It will be a beat down.

Today's games that may have a bearing on any bowl chances for us. Losers should get eliminated from bowl talk due to record or APR.
KSU at Tx. 11am.
Coastal Car at S Ala. 2:30.
TCU at xxxx St. 3:30.
Wash St at Wash. 7pm.

Root for KSU, Coastal Carolina, xxxxSt, and Wash St.
And beat NU.

What is xxxxSt?
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

I suppose I should have put a space in there.
xxxx  State

There are 3 states with 4 letters. Ohio State plays Michigan, and Utah State plays New Mexico.

KSU, down 2, goes for it on 4th and 1. Texas gets the stop and takes over at the 30 yard line to kick a field goal to win by 5.
KSU went for it on their own 30 yard line. 9 minutes were left. WTF. 🤡🤡
Texas goes to 5-7 with a better APR than us.

Congratulations to Scott Frost and the Nebraska Cornhuskers on becoming the first ever college football team to lose by single digits in all 9 of their losses this season. 👌
