Lost my first game last week. No Saquon didn’t help. I lost to the guy who has been in first most of the season (by points). He also has injury issues and made a bad choice in starting Jerrick McKinnon. I picked up Darrel Williams earlier in the week. It didn’t occur to me until too late the leverage I’d have on him by starting Williams (the better/dominant back in the same backfield) until it was too late to change it.

I played Devonta Smith thinking he’d be peppered with targets against Tampa (also have Hurts, so was hoping to pile up some correlation). Smith laid an egg on Thursday night.

I'm in trouble this week.  5 starters on bye.  If Antonio Brown can't go, then I'm going to have to drop Wilson Jr out of my IR spot, move Montgomery there, and then find some scrub WR/TE/RB for my flex spot.

Of note, somebody dropped Pollard this week, so I've got a waiver wire request in to pick him up and drop Williams from Detroit.

Well shit.  Antonio Brown is ruled out.  So, I need a flex player.  In order to make room on my roster, I think I have to drop Jeff Wilson Jr, then slide Montgomery into my IR spot, and pick somebody up.

Slim pickin's out there.  Thinking about St. Brown from Detroit.  Averaging over 7 targets last 3 weeks.

I hate dropping Wilson, but as long as Montgomery comes back, and no other serious injuries, I'm in good shape RB-wise.

What are some other players on your waiver wire?

What are some other players on your waiver wire?

Damien Williams (he won't get COVID cleared before tomorrow), Sony Michel (good matchup against Detroit), your boy Rondale, Rhamondre Stevenson, Van Jefferson.

Five in a row.

Me, too.  Moved into 3rd place.  My opponent, who was in first and has won our league consecutive years, carries 3 QBs and didn't swap out TY Hilton.  Whatever, a win is a win.

This is genius at work. Hugely popular porn star turns to fantasy sports expert. Built in audience! Bet there’s a high correlation between those who like fantasy football and porn! Lol

I guess she’s been at it for a long time now. I only realized it this morning when I saw one of comments on Twitter.

"Been at it for a long time now" meaning as in porn or fantasy football prognostication?

I’ll never figure out what the Philadelphia Eagles are trying to do with their lives. Kenny Gainwell was the clear 1b to Sanders all year. He’s been a ghost today, while Boston Scott (who couldn’t get on the field until Sander’s injury) and practice squad promotee Jordan Howard are getting all the work and have 2 TDs each. Unless it’s a disciplinary action this makes zero sense.
