My experience with Nebraska people: They can drink an alarming amount of beer.  Like, if you set out a semi truck full of beer and told 20-30 of them to drink it, they would do it and ask for more.  And they wouldn't be pricks, and wouldn't start fights.  They would drink and have fun, and drink, and eat, and drink, and have fun, and drink some more.

It's quite a phenomenon, actually.  Drink with Nebraska people.  Just make sure you've eaten, and your liver is ready.
