If it helps ..........
New gof coach, Ben Johnson, has corralled 4 transfers. One each from George Washington, New Hampshire, Lafayette and William and Mary. 2 guards and 2 wings who can score, rebound, play defense and the guy from William and Mary likes to fish for bass.
Tn was looking at the GWU guy and Wisco at the bass fisherman from Fond du Lac.
I think the gofs may now have enough players to practice 5 on 5.
Good luck competing in the B1G with that.

I've been calling them the gofs for years.

Speaking of the Masters. Today's fishwrap says the 15th was a key hole .
KEY HOLE No. 15, 530-yard par-5 : Matsuyama was cruising until he hit 4-iron over the green and into the water here, posting a bogey that carved out a modicum of drama at the finish. Stroke average for the field was 4.72.

How about the 16th ? Schauffele had closed to within 2. Puts his tee shot in the water, then hits hits his 3rd shot after the penalty. What's the commentary after his 3rd ?
"Oh dear" 😁

Nik Faldo is a kind of a smug dick.
The Masters is full of pompous Judge Smails Bushwood vibe.

Its a helluva course though.
Yeah,  Schauffele had a chance and fell apart.

He is, but that wasn't him commenting was it ?
I just the the "Oh dear" was hilarious.
And Schauffele's 16th made things a lot easier for Matsuyama.

I think Verne Lundquist had the 16th along with Dottie. Verne is 80 years old now.

These golf telecasts all have cute nicknames and sayings out of Madmen as to preserve a time gone by and The Masters tries very hard to remain timeless.
They kept showing the black caddie from when course was built who knew how the greens grain rolled from the creek. Like Bagger Vance.
Every women in the 50s and 60s named Dorothy was nicknamed Dottie and was a gal Friday for the boys.

I would love to see the course one day.

Speaking of recruiting, lack of crystal balls and current future casts for Brandin Podziemski seems odd.

That Minny big to Vanderbilt.

Yeah, so the only question now is whether you want anyone else to understand what the fuck you're talking about.

I knew what he was talking about because he has used that term for the Gofers for years.

A friend went a few years ago. He says tv does not do justice to the elevation changes.

We’ll know soon. Looks promising as his family just came and toured campus unofficially with him.
Because FOX News told me so…
