LOL. Have to admit I am interested to see how he translates from D3. If those were videos from a high school recruit who somebody said was Top 75 nobody would question it.
We would have him penciled in for 12 ppg as a frosh.

I know he's not being really guarded, but that release still looks slow to me.

It's not bad. It's a hair slow. He uses a rhythm dip which is really common and taught pretty much universally now.
It looks a little quicker in the game vids than in this workout video. The last jumper was quickest release.
But, honestly, he has best looking overall stroke off both the bounce and catch on team.
We will see.

JFC. He expected to play a star role??  He is fairly decent young player. I don't think he actually dribbled the ball until February.
He must not like Hulka. He will be a secondary player wherever he goes. Not ready for prime time.

This was a tough year these athletes. I imagine many of them are seeking greener pastures not realizing that it was really tough for everyone everywhere this year. Miller surprises me, he got a probably more tick than he deserved but did improve as the year went on. Seemed like an “Illinois kid” all the way.

Only time he looked like a stud top 35 guy was in his first game.

Best of luck to him. He might find that his suitors may not be the ones for which he’s hoping.

This off-season is going to be a hell of a ride. Might be looking at a team we don’t recognize hardly anyone and that might end up being really good or really bad all depending on transfer market. We can certainly offer the keys.
