Would be a solid replacement for Trent. If Kofi comes back, Miller and Curbelo have normal freshman to sophomore jumps and we add a legitimate transfer at the 4, next years team could be pretty damned good.

If Kofi goes, we better clean up in the transfer market or it’s gonna be a long year.

I don't see why Kofi would stay if his goal is to get into the NBA.
I get that he might make some bucks with the NIL thing, but that isn't going to teach him how to pass, make a 15 footer, or guard in space against grown-ass men.

Maybe he does, but he would only marginally improve his draft status unless he has some major growth in his game. It is hard to do unless it is your FT job.

Of course I want Kofi to come back but he’s already 22, and he’s not going to develop at the rate he could in the G League because we are going to play him 5’ from the basket all year again.

I can’t imagine this last season of ball was much fun with no traditional college or family life whatsoever. Hopefully next season things are normal-ish but it’s hard to say how going through a season like they just went through could weigh on a person’s decision to come back.

I did not realize he would be 22 in September.

Ramses "RJ" Melendez and Luke Goode appear to be complementary 6-7ish
wings. RJM just won King of the Court at some event. Seems to be a  plus athlete with the skills to slash or shoot. Goode shot 40% from  3.

Austin Hutcherson might be back. If healthy, he supposedly would've been the best athlete and best 3 point shooter on the team. Also has the handle to play lead guard.

Assuming Ayo will declare and stay in the draft, there Is only  one opening at this time. Others  could still declare or transfer out.

Under special rules, TF and DMW are eligible to return and must declare to be eligible for the draft. If they were to return; which seems unlikely,  they would not count.

His stats in D3 his sophomore year were indicative of a high volume streaky shooter.

Will need to see how he does. Getting quality looks at D1 is tougher.
Maybe he will be a player which would be great. Sounds athletic.

Sounds like a wing. 
If we get a Franklin, then play Hutcherson and Grandison at the 4.
We will be small again.
Use Georgi and the others mentioned at the 5 and 4.

Well,  he may be pressed into service. Lol.
Unless Kofi stays or we get some more recruits, this could look like Coach Hulka's first  couple years.

Next few weeks critical.

I haven't heard any discussion about this, but I think Trent and Damonte could come back next year because of COVID.

Is that a possibility?
