This guy gives an analysis.
Handles and motor more impressive than the other video I watched. Shotblocking stinks for his size. Limited face up, but showed a couple.
Can drive from 10-12 feet which is nice.


I don't see one and done here, but they note he is already 19 years old which explains the reclassifying and wanting to move to pros quicker.
Who knows.

Agree that hiring his coach/mentor would have limited value compared to hiring somebody like WIU did with Irvin, but its part of the game. Will not be the last we look at along the way who will want  something for their AAU coach, or their dad who is a coach.  Some of these guys occasionally have value. Its not like we have a fkcing brain trust of Steve Kerrs and Coach Pops running the show. We could cut the guy loose if he was just taking up space and he could go onto other gigs, or carry water for his guy in pros wherever that is.

Yeah from what I’ve heard, there are tons of coaches recruiting mostly from the transfer portal market these days. So many kids transferring, it’s almost become the new way to recruit.

Quite a list of transfers.  I probably missed the memo, but how was it that non Grad transfer guys were allowed to play this year like Griffin and Tevian Jones without sitting out?
Did everybody get a Covid pass, or were they under the Mark Smith/Coach Hulka exemption?
