I checked out Scout board for their reaction to the Goode commitment, and I was rolling at the number of people whose reactions were, “Awesome, we finally have the lights out shooter we’ve been looking for.” As far as I can tell, Goode is an extremely well rounded player with great size and versatility.... who shot 32% on threes last year. Of course, he’s a ginger, so he must be a lights out shooter though.

Also, it’s not like we don’t have one of the best 3-point shooters in Illini history on the team already.

Uh... Frazier?  He had a down season shooting wise last year, but he makes a ton of threes (including high difficulty ones) and he’s going to be near the top of the all time leader board for made threes by the time he’s done here.
