Three games and over 75 minutes game time against mostly non roster NBA guys is not just a bad start.
He is not taking advantage of the opportunity at all so far. He should be sticking out like Williams and Simonovic at least part of the time.
These summer league games are basically organized workouts to feature their draft picks and a few top non roster guys they want to look at.
The rest of guys are practice players like Giorgi.
For a guy like Ayo- he is not a lottery pick and has no guaranteed rotation role. If he was doing well he could be sliding up to the 6th guard/wing spot and possible minutes behind Ball, LaVine, DeRozan, Caruso, and White.
They can still make some moves and likely will to try to fill out their bench and figure out the deal with Markkanen.
Let's just say he is not doing himself any favors.
