You are either lying or misremembering. I said i joined after my best friend got called up to go to war (the first Iraq War), not 9/11. There’s no way I’d have ever made that mistake or try to tell that lie. Take the L and move on.

Must be Mandela effect because I seem to remember him joining the Marines after 9/11 too. But given his age (80% catch rate on 50/50 balls in 1985!) the 1990 timeframe makes more sense.

I wish we knew Netanyahu’s end game.  Let’s not forget he propped Hamas up to avoid negotiations for a two-state solution because Hamas is even more opposed to that, as much as Bibi's ardent supporters.

The goal of the Israeli Trump (the only difference is Netanyahu served as an Israeli commando - he was at Entebbe and his brother was a commando who was shot and killed at Entebbe) is to prevent going to jail (and getting tossed out of office). He's going to drag all of this out as long as he can. Iran just handed him a lifeline. He is going to drag out the response to them until things get hot for him either at home or in Gaza.
