It depends. Is the deceased a US Capitol police officer?

(note: I am of the opinion of "screw Hamas - the blood of every dead person in Gaza is on their hands - they created this mess. The Oct 7 Terrorist attack was beyond the pale and Israel has to cripple Hamas. If Hamas tries to hamstring Israel's work to cripple them by hiding munitions in hospitals, that's a war crime by Hamas. Israel fires the gun but Hamas loaded it. I feel bad for the Gazans but that's on Hamas).

1. There is difference between words and deeds.
2. There is a difference when words threaten specific individuals. 

MIT was wrong to censor the wing nut.

Some of the slogans chanted by the pro-Palestinian groups can be taken different ways.

The question from Stefanik was a simple question of if calling for the genocide of Jews violates Harvard policy.
Words should violate policy, as well as deeds.
The question did not ask for examples on campuses.
The question was about university policy.
The answer is "yes" or "no".
I believe they were under oath.
They didn't  answer the question.
