2023 Recruit Jahnathan Lamothe Player Evaluation

Hi All,

I wanted to share our most recent player evaluation on one of Illinois' newest recruits from the class of 2023, Jahnathan Lamothe, a 6’4” combo-guard from St. Frances Academy in Baltimore, MD (class of 2023). The evaluation is free and very extensive.  It also comes equipped with 50+ film clips to support the observations made.

I thought the Illinois hoops community would be interested in learning about what Lamothe could potentially bring to the program.

4 BT schools already offered. Chet had some contact with him before and VT offered. He has buttload of offers and is Top 40.
Illinois has not offered.

Illinois began recruiting him with the arrival of Assistant Coach Chester Frazier, who spearheaded recruiting Lamothe while at Virginia Tech.

Yeah, he has like 20 offers now and is seeing if he can get every BT school to offer. If he is a target then we should get in line I guess.....
