illini0440 and stuemke5 are usually accurate at loyalty. A few others hear stuff.  Until recently I was pretty sure 0440 and BReal were the same person.  Seem to have the same source(s).

Sometimes so-called insider information can be accurate and wrong at the same time for several reasons.

He seems solid. They look like they are going for the 4 year Top 100-250 guys and decent transfers route.
Butler is good program and has done well with those guys. No really top recruits in last several years (One guy was #99).
It can work just fine with good roster construction, player development, and buy in.

If he is the guy- let's get to work for '22 recruits and building program culture.

I suppose it’s possible that with a better conference and bigger brand with recent momentum that these guys could recruit better than they have at previous stops.

Naturally. OA was the crown jewel of the assistant staff. Not sure he can be “replaced”

Go get the best guy you can and hope that the sum of these parts is as good or better than the sum of the previous parts.

I guess we will see what the strategy is soon. It is certainly possible that the new group can create a sustainable strong performing program. I think a steady diet of recruits in the range of this year would be fine.

You have to get credit for a Top 150 or so guy I think to get on list.
