He has BS degree in Rec Mgmnt from Illinois in 2009.

It's a feel good story homegrown staff along with Alexander.


I am hoping Tisdale will leave the hardware store to take the 3rd spot.

Chef's getting $525 ?
The Gofer coaches are getting $814. They filled their staff. Maybe we're offering too much.

Alexander yes. Despite breaking in under Weber, Frazier is an experienced quality assistant, both as a coach and as a recruiter

As a recruiter, he had to evaluate talent and find skilled players who would be receptive and fit at KSU and VT. By all accounts, he was very good at that.

That's nice spin on a guy we are now paying $100k more than we paid OA.
I don't think very many see him as a higher level recruiter.
No one has named one Top 100 recruit he is identified as bringing in during his 10 years.
Maybe I missed that.

Brad seemed most excited about the chest bump of Gordon and the  toughness narrative.
Might be good in the gym with kids which is of value, and a hard loyal worker.


That said,  we better find a recruiter.

Looks like we’re having A LOT of trouble filling this assistant spot.

Maybe time to hire a frustrated past head coach....not sure who that could be, but maybe sell it as a foot back in the door on the way to HC duties at another school or go raid the Chicago HS ranks for say....Irvin or another proven winner? Otherwise, not sure we are getting anyone soon, and we need too.
