That is the issue. They now have to land an absolute ace recruiter for the other spot as we can't get rid of Barney Fife.

We lost one national recruiter with major rep and cred, and a second recruiter who could get in the door in Chicago at least and claim he got and developed an AA and NBA guy.

Chet will start from scratch and get little play in Chicago or StL, and had no pipeline from KSU or VT from anywhere.

The next guy needs to be really good or we are relying on the vast charisma of Hulka, and pretty much back to Weber level approach of trying to wow farmboys.

I’m fine with Frazier as the 2nd guy if we get a stud first guy. Frazier has an objectively better resume than Chin did coming in.

Was not a huge Chin fan, but he had a nice college career under a well respected coach, and the fact that he coached in the Irvin Fire system was his biggest calling card, of course.
Agree, Frazier likely has more high D1 experience in general. I am sure he will work hard, will be a team player, and we don't have to worry about him banging a booster, or being caught as a bagman in a recruiting deal.
