No, if he’s truly as happy as he can be; by all means, stay at Loyola. The vast majority of coaches that are able to move up aren’t looking to stay at that level though. And there’s nothing wrong with making sure your next 3-4 generations live comfortably.

They looked to have the same intensity on d that we've had on and off during the season. When we play with intensity, everybody looks 1/2 step quicker and the other team isn't getting open looks. Our offense seems to feed off the defense. When the defense isn't there, we seemed to let other teams control tempo.
