He's not much for x's and o's but he can recruit.  Ever see his wife?

I am sure she doesn't hurt on recruiting visits.

He seems to have them going in right direction and the recruiting is set unless the AAU guys don't like elder Mobley in which case he is fucked. They make or break coaches out there.
My hunch is he knows what he is doing.  Maybe most talent in the nation out there really.

Just the facts man.  If I remember correctly, a couple of those games weren't close..

He is paid more than Porter Moser too.

He is paid more than Porter Moser too.

I see Coach Hulka makes $4MM and has $10MM buyout.

Enfield makes $3.1MM.

Moser $1.1MM

Moser could have jumped to any number of P5 jobs after their FF run but stayed at L-C so it’s not like he’s some schlub no one has heard of. And yes he absolutely punked Underwood.

???? Which story. Guy has had 25 jobs since he started coaching in 90s.
Certainly doing a good job now.

I would say he is going to be in another FF after this weekend.
He only has to beat a 12 seed, and then a Houston team that should have lost to Rutgers/or an 11 seed in Syracuse that is bound to cool off.
It is teed up for him.

He might not go anywhere. He seems pretty happy at “home.” He believes in being rich without all the money he could make.

So. There’s the Porter Moser story.
I didn’t know that. Thanks!

So. There’s the Porter Moser story.

He lives in an 8 BR $2.5MM mansion and makes $1.1MM a year. LOL.
I think the altruism aw shucks thing only goes so far.
No doubt he could make 3X to 4X that, but he is doing just fine.
All credit to him, though.

His work under Majerus is evident. Iconic coach. His teams were like watching him make opponent suffer in a dentist chair.

Moser should easily make his second FF this year and will forever be seen as Chicago legend and antithesis to downstate crooks and ne'er do wells at Illinois.

Yup and extremely happy. More money and stress isn’t what he’s looking for it appears. I’d be very content if I was him.
I didn’t know that. Thanks!
