What the fuck. Ohio State sure picked a bad time to play like dogshit. Bad coaching, including playing offensively challenged Musa Jallow so many minutes and drawing up a really stupid play for the last shot in regulation. Bad FT shooting (9-18), a clip worse than Kofi's season average (54% per the announcers earlier today). Bad 3pt FG shooting (5-23), a dismal clip that would have been even worse without the "hot" (relatively speaking) 3-12 shooting by Dwayne Washington, Jr. More turnovers 15 than ORU (9). Oh, and the Hero Ball 3pt FG attempt by Dwayne Washinton, Jr. at the end of regulation when the game was tied. Drive it to the damn hoop. Of course, Liddell missing at least 2 FTs (including front end of 1-and-1) with less than 3 minutes left in 2nd half didn't help matters.

This game had a very "Illinois-esque" feel to it. I wonder if Dick Vitale will resurrect his head stand schtick.
