Good luck goggling anything related to the process of determining winning percentage that is much more than a week old.
A week ago, the Big10 confirmed .........
Yeah, sure.
A couple of articles yesterday inferred that the Big10 made the decision before the season started. Maybe the articles could link to the pre-season announcement ? Nah.
Let's just say I'm not convinced.
I saw a Feb 19 article indicating winning percentage will be used for seeding in the BTT, but the article didnt mention determining the champion.
Football processes were announced before the season began and specified the number of games, among other things, that must be played to determine league champions.
After the football brouhaha over the tOSU-PSU issue, one might expect the Big10 to proactively announce hoops processes also.
I dont remember seeing anything prior to a week ago in which 'the Big10 confirmed ....'
Where is the initial announcement ?
We're 1/2 game up in the standings. The ball knows.

People say let it go...hey people are just pointing out the obvious and no one seems to have an answer anywhere other than Twitter where the answer is “the B1G said” along with posting a picture of Michigan holding their champ signs l. Michigan was really mad when “the B1G said” in football. 

Guarantee IL hangs some sort of banner whether they get any traction with the B1G on this or not. Like maybe just a banner showing the final conference standings.
