I feel bad for him, I get the feeling it's genetic. I have a neighbor with two grown sons and they inherited their dad's genes completely. Very dense builds. I haven't seen the dad in some time, I'm afraid to ask about him.

I believe his brother plays guitar in his band with him. He is not as large as Spiegel. And Spiegel has lost some weight.

I believe Spiegel had his stomach stapled and lost some weight although he's bigger than I thought he was at this time; but he's also getting older not younger
