We are backing out of S. Korea military exercises because S. Korea did not help with Iran....imagine if a Dem did that. The howls from The Usual Suspects would be ear piercing.  Why do we need S. Korea's or anyone else's help?

Interest rates aren’t even high, historically speaking. They’re actually below historical averages.

Printing 4+ trillion and creating super low home inventories alongside historically low interest creating a big run up in prices was the actual problem. That and private equity firms buying up housing and putting even more pressure on inventory.
