Again, Biden was “frustrated” with more than one thing and did nothing about it when he had the authority to do so.

And I’m not saying the AG just does everything the POTUS orders him to do, but the AG serves at the pleasure of the President. He can be replaced at any time if the President feels he’s not doing his job.
