I assumed Werner was in the presence of others since he had one on. If he was alone and in a space likely to be uninhabited by others in the near future, the mask would seem unnecessary and I don’t think Jeremy Warner is probably the type of guy who wears a mask as some sort of statement but I could be wrong.
