They both seem pretty affable to me.

It's amazing that non-affable people exist in the coaching fraternity. First, you need to persuade people to come join you. Then, you need to organize groups of these people to work together.

I just learned that one of the new recruits Bielema has gotten is the son of one of my good childhood friends which makes me feel old af but he did start his family very early

Lot of these recruits moms I see on Twitter or the gram seem to be pretty young like early thirstiest maybe 35 now THEY got started early
