Again, I think the aggressiveness has been coached out of him. And when you only throw it a small handful of times, your incompletions become magnified. Justin needs to go to a SF, LA, Mn next year and be a backup, and see if he can salvage his career.

I agree to a point, but I also feel like, even on a 100% drop back pass play, sometimes he knows he's gonna scramble and run when he breaks the huddle.

He could run Taysom type shit, and do it effectively. I have zero doubt about that. It would sure as hell be better for him than the shit he's done thus far.

Minnesota could be a real opportunity for him if McCarthy hasn’t figured it out. High level starters don’t grow on trees.

His aggressiveness in college came from receivers being college open. He's not a good enough pure passer.

He could be a good backup, no doubt. But he's not good right now.

I'm pretty damn surprised at how good Drake Maye is. I haven't watched him enough, but looking at his numbers, on that Pats team...Damn.
