New Michigan coach. Same result. Outside of Goldin, nobody else on Michigan was a factor.

Boswell's best game with us. Tre White appears to have emerged out of whatever doghouse Brad banished him to. The kids have shown great resolve after the Duke moonpounding in New York. Maybe we aren't as broken as I thought.

Good overall game, still need less 3's imo, but hey, it's a win.

62 pts 2nd half from ILLINI, 1 more than BOTH teams scored in the first half combined.

On to Purdue, work on that seeding boys!!

One reason we get wide open looks from two is we take a lot of threes. We either make them; which draws out the defense. Or we rebound a lot of our own misses for good looks.

I really liked Riley using his length going to the hole. He can be a real problem for the D.

Agreed if we can get mismatches like Riley and Boswell going to the rim and being effective, it opens up a lot of options for us. Wolf should have been a problem for us more than he was (Wolf will be better pro imo than Goldin), but I am not sure they had anyone to guard Riley.

Amazingly Boswell catches some heat, but I don't know too many guards his size that rebounds the way he does and can also be effective guarding much taller bigger players.

DGL seems to be lost again, I hope we get him positive before the B1G tourney and beyond, if not....
